Jesse Flying Cloud Pope Foundation – Jesse Pope is the grandson of Louie Oliver, and father of Chairwoman Rhonda Morningstar Pope. The Jesse Flyingcloud Pope Foundation was created in his honor to support cultural enrichment and education within our surrounding communities.
