About the Tribal Court
The Buena Vista Rancheria Tribal Court was established in 2021 and exercises general civil jurisdiction over our citizens and anyone who has consented to Tribal jurisdiction. This includes those who have entered the Buena Vista Rancheria or its enterprises, or have engaged in contractual relations with our Tribe.
